Vouchers are not sent by mail. You will receive the voucher after online payment immediately by mail, it can additionally be saved immediately and sent digital.
Shipping merchandise items:
If you live in Austria, there is a €5.00 delivery charge, in Germany €8.00. For a shipment outside of Austria or Germany, to another EU country or Switzerland, we charge €15.00.
